A Matter of Gifts strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We accept refunds request if we are contacted within 18 hours of gift delivery. It can take up to 3-5 business days to investigate the return request.
- Product delivered was damaged during shipping (very rare, we use courier services with special handling to provide your loved ones with best possible experience)
- Wrong product was delivered (very rare, please contact us immediately and do not use the product – used product will not be subject to refund)

NOTE: A Matter of Gifts does not offer refunds on perishable products like Cakes, Flowers, Sweets, Chocolates, etc.
All refunds are offered in the form of store credit and not greater than the amount paid for the Product. Special shipping cost and customization cost cannot be refunded.
A Matter of Gifts reserves the right to cancel any order at any point for any reason (We value our clients and process most of the orders, but on fraud suspicion we have to cancel some orders). In case the order is cancelled by A Matter of Gifts and not delivered, your money will be credited to you. If a credit card has been charged, please allow up to ten business days for the money to reflect in the account.

Date on which you would like us to deliver your order. Kindly make your order at least 5 days before the desired date to ensure timely delivery as come products like cakes and flowers need to be pre-ordered from our suppliers.
Delivery date not selected
If you have not selected a delivery date, we will process the order in 3 – 5 working days after your payment has been cleared and deliver it.
The orders are delivered between 10am and 8pm. In some locations and on busy gift days, delivery time can extend up to 10pm.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all our products including weekends and holiday orders. Please allow 3-5 working days for orders to process.
Recipient Not Available
First Attempt: If recipient is not available to receive the order, we will re-attempt for perishable products (e.g., cakes, flowers) and leave a note for all non-perishable with pick-up location information.
Second Attempt: If recipient is not available to receive the order with perishable products, we will have no choice but to dispose off the products. Please do note, the order will considered as delivered and no refunds will be offered.
In an unusual scenario, recipient denies to accept the order, in that case we dispose the products on first attempt and no refunds are issued.
If any person at the specified delivery address receives the order, the delivery will be assumed as made and delivered. No claims for non-acceptance of gift items will be accepted.
Cancel Order Delivery
If you wish to cancel the order delivery, please contact us within one hour of order placement. We do not cancel orders after first hour, but if its extremely urgent, please do contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please note, no refunds are issued on cancellation of order. All orders/sales are final.
Change Shipping Address After Order Placement
In case you found that there was an error in the shipping address or contact information, please contact us immediately. Most orders are processed with in the first hour regardless of delivery date, so change in city name will not be possible. If you would like to change street name, street number or phone number, we can attempt to accommodate the request.
The closer we are to delivery date, the harder it will get to change the order/address information. Unfortunately in some cases it will not be possible. No refunds will be offered.
Refunds: All refunds are offered in the form of
store credit and not greater than the amount paid for the placed order. If an

business days for the money to be released.
